2. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders placed online are considered final.

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on production stage.

3. Artwork & Prepress

• Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork.

• We do not check spelling or grammar.

4. Colour & Print Variations

• Minor colour variations may occur.

• Trim tolerance of ±1–2mm applies.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Shipping is arranged via third-party couriers.

• Risk passes upon dispatch.

6. Payment

• Full payment required prior to production.

7. Intellectual Property

• Customers must ensure they have rights to artwork.

8. Defects & Claims

• Claims must be made within 5 working days.

9. Privacy
